Ήσυχος Ξηρός Οίνος, Π.Γ.Ε =Προστατευόμενη Γεωγραφική Ένδειξη ΚΡΗΤΗ, από την ποικιλία Grenache Rouge αμπελώνας βορινός, με υψόμετρο 400-500m, στη ζώνη Δαφνών , έδαφος Ασβεστο-αργιλώδες τρύγος 5-15 Σεπτεμβρίου,. Απόδοση 600-800 kg/στρέμμα, οινοποίηση κλασική ερυθρή στους 26ºCκαι αλκοολικοί βαθμοί 13,5 %
