Λευκός Ήσυχος Ξηρός Οίνος, από τις ποικιλίες Μαλβαζία 60% και Ασύρτικο 40% στη ζώνη Δαφνών σε υψόμετρο 300-380m, έδαφος Ασβεστολιθικό.

Χαρακτηριστικό άρωμα λευκών ανθών και εντυπωσιακών φρούτων, χάρη στο συνδυασμό με την αρωματική λευκή διάσημη σε όλο τον κόσμο ποικιλία Μαλβαζία, η οποία βρίσκει το καλύτερο τερουάρ της στην Κρητική γη, “κλέβοντας” τις εντυπώσεις.

White  Still Dry Wine from the varieties of Malvazia 60% and Asyrtiko 40% in Daphnes area  and altitude of 300-380m.  limestone soil. Harvest at the end of July, beginning of August, production yield 1000 kg / acre, vinification classical white, at low temperatures.
